Just like in passenger cars, you must wear a safety belt on a bus. Every seat has a safety belt and it must be secured for the duration of the trip.

Hold luggage, additional luggage and special luggage is transported in the baggage compartment. Your driver will ensure that everything is loaded correctly. Your hand luggage is secure in the compartments above your seat.

Your safety is our highest priority. All of our vehicles and electronic devices are tested according to the respective country regulations and are maintained regularly. Our drivers are qualified in the transportation of passengers and receive regular training. They are required to precisely adhere to the legally prescribed driving breaks and rest periods without exceptions. For this reason, there may be two drivers on board for longer trips, or there may be scheduled breaks. However, in exceptional cases, delays to the schedule may result in unplanned breaks. We ask for your understanding in such situations.

We want you to have a comfortable and enjoyable trip, so feel free to eat and drink on our green buses. We request that you show consideration to your fellow passengers and bear a couple of things in mind:

• For everyone's general well-being we ask that you avoid food with a strong smell.
• Please leave your seat clean as you would like to find it.
• Please consume alcohol carefully. Be aware that any inappropriate behaviour resulting from the consumption of alcohol could result in your expulsion from the bus.

Some of our trips have breaks planned into the schedule for the purposes of providing driving breaks and rest periods for the drivers. However, our aim is to get you to your destination as quickly as possible, which is why we do not schedule any other type of break. The on board restroom make long journeys without a break much more comfortable.

Smoking is not permitted on our buses. E-cigarettes are also not permitted. However, provided smoking is allowed at the stop, you may get off the bus at scheduled stops and during the scheduled breaks for as long as it takes to smoke a cigarette. Please let the bus driver know in advance and do not move too far away from the bus to ensure that it doesn’t leave without you. The bus driver will let you know how long the bus will remain at the stop.
